WHY ARE YOU DOING THE RIDE?
Uhm…..it seemed like a good idea at the time? Seriously, when I started to train for Red Sky Ride, I saw some mention of the ride on Brads website. Talking with Cashie, Mary, Sabine and some of the others that had participated in the trip to Laverton to hand out the bikes to the kids and then completed the ride – you could see what an impact it had had on them and how much they had got out of the experience.
It seemed like a really concrete way of doing some good in a community. On a personal note, I love (and probably need) at challenge. This is certainly one of those, and builds on last years Red Sky Ride in terms of distance.
