FAVOURITE RACE

I loved doing the Santos NRS Tour as this was my first race at this level and enjoyed the different atmosphere racing with the girls and racing in SA (never been)

FAVOURITE TRAINING SESSION

I enjoy local bunch rides with the boys but especially the VERY rare mornings doing a coffee roll with my family… they are my favourite rides!!

HIGHLIGHT IN CYCLING

Coming 2nd in the UCI track scratch race was so amazing and winning the Austral Cup in 2019 was a highlight. I did that race with no help from the field as I went in with no expectations to get anything and didn’t realise until after how prestigious the race was so was super stoked!!

LOWLIGHT IN CYCLING

Crashing is definitely never fun and I have had a lot of bad luck in those terms. Particularly just before the finish line, or this year felt really strong at Nationals RR but crashed and snapped my bars within the first km. I also had a heart issue requiring surgery last year… so doing exercise within that period was quite scary!
